If you are seeking additional driving practice, whether you're currently attending to another driving school or not enrolled anywhere, we will welcome you to take advantage of our dedicated driving practice sessions. From mastering essential maneuvers to navigating challenging scenarios, our comprehensive lessons cater to your individual needs. キャンセルポリシー

1. Scheduling Appointments: • All appointments for driving practice must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. • Appointments can be made via phone, email, or our online booking system. 2. Availability: • Practice sessions are available from 8:00 A.M - 17:00 P.M Monday through Saturday. • Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred time is not available, alternative slots will be provided. 3. Payment: • A non-refundable booking fee of ¥3,000 must be paid at the time of scheduling. • Full payment for the driving lesson must be made before the session begins, either online or in person. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling: • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid a late cancellation fee of ¥3,000. • If you do not show up for your session and have not provided 24-hour notice, the booking fee will not be refunded. • Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability. 5. Instructor Availability: • We strive to assign your preferred instructor, but due to scheduling conflicts, we may assign a substitute instructor if necessary. 6. Late Arrivals: • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. • If the instructor is late, additional time may be offered, or a partial refund will be provided. 7. Health and Safety: • If you feel unwell or have symptoms of illness, please notify us immediately to reschedule your session. • Students are encouraged to bring their own masks and hand sanitizers to help prevent the spread of bacteria or germs, especially if there are other students in the vehicle during driving practice. 8. Compliance with Driving Regulations: • All students must bring a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license to each session (if you have one). • Failure to provide valid documentation may result in the cancellation of the session without a refund. THIS POLICY ENSURES CLARITY AND FAIRNESS FOR BOTH STUDENTS AND THE DRIVING SCHOOL REGARDING APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT.
